Southernmostpoint
The Southernmostpoint of the Netherlands (in Europa) is on the border with Belgium, located at bordermarker nr. 12. It is situated near a small place called Klein Kuttingen.
With Wilma I visited it on the 19th of March 2023.
Easternmostpoint
The Easternmostpoint of the Netherlands (in Europa) is situated on the border with Germany along HW A7/AB 280, just North of Bad Nieuwenschans (NL), province Groningen, south of Bunde (D).
With Aafko I visited it on the
6th octobre 2023, with Steen on july 14th 2024.
Westernmostpoint
The Westernmostpoint of the Netherlands (in Europa) is situated on the border with Belgium at Sint Anna ter Muiden, near Sluis in the Province Zeeland. Bordermarker 360 is situated here.
With Wilma I visited it on the

Highest point
The highest point of the Netherlands (in Europa) is situated
± 50 mtr. from the 3i-point at Vaals were Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands touch each other.
This place is also called the touristic 3i-point. It is 322.4 mtr above NAP.

The lowestpoint
The lowestpoint of the Netherlands (in Europa) is 6,78 mtr. below NAP, the New Amsterdam peil.

Threepoint Groningen/Drenthe/Niedersachsen
On this 3i-point BM 168 is situated.
Since 1764 on this place there have been a BM. This one was placed on the agreement between Bisdom Münsterand the Republic of the United Netherlands.
In 1824 a new agreement was signed by the Kingdom of Hannover and the kingdom of the Netherlands. This agreement still is actual and in charge!
Nowadays BM 168 is situated on the border of the Dutch Provinces Groningen and Drenthe and the German state Niedersachsen.
Actually it's no 3ipoint on three countries.
Threepoint Bentheim/Münster/Nederland
This tri-point actually has been a country 3i-point for years.
First the mentioned 3 countries, later the countries Hannover/Pruisen/Netherlands. Because of this agreement we see many BM with the letter H(annover) or P(ruisen) opposite to the letter N(etherlands).

Belgium
The Northernmostpoint of Belgium, located at bordermarker nr. 219a. It is situated near a village called Meersel-Dreef.
However most websites and Mr. Waes as well, mention bordermarker nr. 219 as most Northern, actually about 30 mtr. up North there's borderstone 219a as actuall Northernmostpoint of Belgium.
The Easternmostpoint of Belgium, located at bordermarker nr. 401 on the border with Germany. It is situated near a village called Kehr (Hellenthal).
Border marker 401 is in charge as most easternpoint of Belgium as well.

The Southernmostpoint of
Europe (mainland) is
Punta de Tarifa in Spain.
We visited this point in 2017.

The most Southernpoint of
Spain is ex aequo de most Southernpoint of Europe (mainland).
It also is the border of the
Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean.
The Northernmostpoint of
Finland at Nuorgam (Njoargänn) is ex aequo the Northernmostpoint of Europe .
It is situated on the river 'Teno'. In the middle of this river, we find the border with Norway.
Germany
The Easternmostpoint of Bayern, is located near the threepoint
At-Cz-De border on the Plöckenstein mountain (1.378 mtr).
It's marked with a sign, that says the sign is not on the exact location. Agreement of 25 octobre 1765.
With Wilma I visited it at 19 mei 2023.
The Westernmostpoint of Finland is located at bordermarker #7 on the Isle Märket which is half Finish, half Swedish.
I was able (and lucky) to join the expedition of the International Border researchgroup (IBRG) to Märket first weekend of july 2023.
A mostpoint in the USA Wilma and I visited, is the only quadripoint in the USA, the point were 4 States meet.
Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Arizona does meet here. It's a touristic spot in Native land.
Canada
The border on 1.624 mtr. in Kootenaypark between the Canadian states Alberta and British Columbia is not only a border between 2 states.
It also is a border of continental devide, where the water in Alberta flows to the Atlantic Ocean and the water in British Columbia flows to the Pacific
Ocean.
Besides of this, it also is the border of Banff National park and Kootenay National park and the border of the time zone.
Banff has Mountain time, Kootenay has Mountain Standard time (Mst). There's 1 hour difference.

15º Meridian East
In Jindřichův Hradec in the Czech Republic, we walked near the church of Assumption over the 15º Meridian. It was good that a sign in the street and a sign → on the wall mentioned it.
